In an effort to mitigate risk, Tyson Foods, Inc. has a policy of requesting our supply partners to demonstrate that they carry the appropriate type and amount of insurance coverage considering the materials and services they supply to Tyson. We require the following appropriate certificate(s): General Liability: $1,000,000, each occurrence; Auto Liability: $1,000,000, any auto – Combined Single Limit; Worker’s Comp: Statutory Limit, State Requirements; Employer Liability: $1,000,000, EL each Accident. Please assure that Tyson Foods, Inc. is named as additional insured with respect to any and all actions and/or activities by the insured on the General Liability Insurance coverage when sending in a renewal certificate.
